    Really interesting article and in a way amazing. So well written, & fascinating material. Thank you for the post.

    I keep coming across so many really good Westerns in my collection that I think you could just keep offering Westerns for the class ad infinitum!! There is no end to them.

    I mentioned “Pursued” to you some time ago. Directed by Raoul Walsh and starring Mitchum in a psychological tale, and “Salvation” with actors from different countries as

    indeed the West was comprised of but not mentioned in other films that I can think of.
