I’m sure most everyone has seen this hilarious movie . . . . on TV but not on the big screen. Cary Grant is magical, Raymond Massie is diabolical, Edward Everett Horton is funny, Peter Lorre is creepy and Josephine Hull and Jean Adair are delightful as the two aunts who do all the crazy “good” work.
A drama critic learns on his wedding day that his beloved maiden aunts are homicidal maniacs, and that insanity runs in his family.
You don’t expect this summary of the film to describe how funny it is.
In addition to watching the film, Wendy Eidsen, Creative Director of the SLOIFF will join us to share news about the festival.
